What is iGlobal Hindi Book Club?
The iGlobal Hindi Book Club meets every week online via Zoom. Students read a Hindi story, poem or passage together, discuss it in Hindi, and complete related activities. It is the best way to build genuine Hindi fluency — by reading and talking about things children actually enjoy.
Weekly Hindi Reading
A new Hindi story, poem or passage each week. Content is carefully selected to match the child's level and the MOE syllabus
Live Discussion in Hindi
Students discuss the text in Hindi — building speaking confidence, vocabulary and the ability to express opinions
Writing Activities
Short writing tasks based on the text — summaries, opinions, creative extensions — directly practising MOE composition skills
Kavita and Poetry
Hindi poems (कविता) are read, recited and discussed. Builds rhythm, expression and appreciation of Hindi literature
Vocabulary Building
Each session introduces new Hindi words in context — far more effective than memorising word lists
MOE Aligned Content
All reading material aligns to the MOE Hindi syllabus — content is useful for exams, not just for fun
